the rooms were tidy and i have to say the cleaning service was really good. the staff really did a solid work. also, the food was plentiful and i am thankful for a very good standard. it did catered for all tastes.

the pool had few toilets. there was only 2 and one was in reception. this was like a long walk. air-conditioning in reception was awful. only 2 small units were working so it was not pleasant in 30 degree heat.

i didn't know what to expect. but the breakfast and dinner were both delicious! there was something different every evening. what stood out was the meze night! the chef greeted us after dinner. we felt special, and it was full of flavor.

The main bar was regularly understaffed. Long queues formed there. i never had any issues with the staff serving drinks, though witnessed some staff being rude to other guests!

The room's design was odd it lacked a trash bin except for one in the WC. The entrance got congested with parked cars making it hard to navigate. The parking lot was far from the rooms I had to walk around the whole resort to reach my room after parking. It was not convenient I had a car with me.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

Most of the facilities also got upgrades. I found the pool really clean. The service was amazing throughout my stay. The pool bar stayed open for long hours. It offered delicious snacks and refreshing ice cream. The buffet featured lots of well-cooked food and tempting sweets.

The gym could use a few more exercise machines. It seemed a bit limited.

Our room included two comfortable beds and a spacious balcony with nice furniture. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower. Complimentary toiletries were always available. Air conditioning worked perfectly and maintained a comfortable temperature throughout our stay, though the control panel was quite hard to read.

The staff was attentive and very helpful at all times. The reception desk offered quick assistance with any questions I had. Daily room cleaning was thorough. Fresh towels were provided each day without asking.

The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. A bus stop is very close to the hotel. The supermarket is within a short walking distance, though it's somewhat difficult to access with luggage.
